Baking

tarte tatin.
french apple pie.
baked upside down.
homemade.
deliciuos.
so so sweet,loaded with lots of butter and sugar.
you can not eat as much as you would like but you keep coming back for more.
i have baked this pie several times with more or less succesful results, but i still feel there is some (a lot) space for improvements.
the recipe is a mix of the recipes found on the internet and one that one of my flickr friends send me.
this time i put apples wrong way.
