my first film shots

well, first successful film shots. my first roll was a total disappointment, black and white frames only. i did not know who to blame, camera or myself then. You have to believe me, i am not so strong on the technical side, and all these manual settings, manual focusing and light meter freaks me out. So, this time, with another camera, i tried not to expect much, but it was hard, the camera seemed to work very well and i enjoyed taking pictures with it. When i got my film developed and scanned, i could not believe my luck. i was expecting half of the pictures almost not visible, with hardly identified main subject, blurred, unfocussed, overexposed....; the other half should have been with pink or blue or yellow stains and underexposed....,but non if this had happened. Instead, all the pictures were good pictures; i mean normal pictures, with a similar "success" rate as dslr, a few that i really like a lot, a few boring and all others quite normal. I am really so glad it turned out well this time. I think the camera works really very well, the colors are all i expected, the lens is sharp and makes wonderful bokeh. How wonderful is that?! i am really loving it.
